How to judge
Free does not mean production ready
Latency, online rate, and anonymity level are just fact fields formed by a single detection. They cannot prove that the operator is trustworthy, that the line is stable over time, or that the target website will accept the exit.

- The observed time taken by the server probe to complete the connection or request; testing may vary greatly in different regions.
- online rate
- The available ratio in historical detection does not equal future SLA; it is explicitly unknown when there is no data.
- Anonymity level
- Elite, Anonymous, and Transparent describe HTTP header behavior and do not cover DNS, WebRTC, or operator behavior.
- Access verification
- It only indicates whether a certain fixed access action was successful during detection, but does not mean that all services can be accessed.

The copied protocol prefix comes from the first protocol declared in this record. The application only accepts ip:port , you can select "Copy address only" in the list.
Supports HTTPS tunneling
The list states that encrypted target connections are supported, but the target host and connection metadata are still visible to the proxy.
Older Universal Forwarding Protocol
Application compatibility varies by client, and modern authentication and full IPv6 capabilities are generally not available.
A more general transport proxy
Supports more addresses and authentication methods; public nodes generally still have no identity guarantees.

FAQ
About the free proxy list
Are these proxies safe?
Security cannot be proven by lists alone. Public proxies may log access, inject content, or suddenly change operators. Do not transmit passwords, payment information and personal data.
Why can't I connect after just copying?
Public nodes change rapidly, and may have been offline, congested, or changed rules between the last detection time and the time of use. Please set a short timeout and check again.
Will the current page quality filter search all proxies?
No. The country and protocol are completely paged by the server. Anonymity, latency, online rate, recent detection, access verification and port only filter the currently loaded page. The page will always clearly mark this boundary.
Why are there multiple protocols for the same proxy?
The same address may support both HTTP and HTTPS tunnels, or be identified as multiple protocols in different detections. The selected protocol should be retested before actual use.
Can I download in batches?
Records that are still visible after quality filtering on the current page can be exported, supporting TXT, CSV and JSON; it will not imply that the complete database has been downloaded.
Will list data be cached?
The server caches the same country, protocol and paging conditions for about 60 seconds to reduce the pressure of repeated requests. A forced refresh bypasses the cache and updates the snapshot for that condition.
